Two Men on a Hillside
Three days after two men travelled into Niterói, their bodies were sighted high on Morro do Vintém. They lay in a place difficult to reach, with no obvious signs of a struggle and no witness able to explain their final hours.
What investigators recovered around them suggested preparation rather than chance. The objects did not immediately explain the deaths; they opened a sequence of questions involving a timed procedure, technical experimentation and something the men expected to happen after nightfall.

What were the men expecting on Vintém Hill?
The full dossier follows their last journey, deciphers the timed instructions, examines the handmade equipment and reconstructs an earlier experiment. The apparent solution lies close at hand—but it explains the deaths more easily than it explains the purpose.
